Police arrest two men in relation to weapons call

Police have arrested two men in relation to a weapons call that occurred in Halifax earlier today.

At approximately 3 p.m. police responded to a weapons call at the Keshen Goodman Library at 330 Lacewood Drive in Halifax. It was reported that there was a dispute between four men believed to be known to one other.

Police arrested two of the men without incident and seized two kitchen knives and a golf club. The other two men had left prior to police arrival. No one was injured in the incident

The incident remains under investigation and there are no further details at this time
