Police have charged a driver in relation to a collision that happened earlier today where a woman was injured.
At approximately 10:45 a.m. police responded to a report of a collision between a woman and a truck at the intersection of Almon and Windsor Streets in Halifax.
The woman was taken to hospital by EHS for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The driver a 54-year-old Halifax man was issued a summary offence ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
