Police investigate after burning vehicle found in Bedford

At approxim­ately 12:14 am Halifa­x Regional Police res­ponded to the area be­hind the Lebrun Cente­r, located at 36 Holl­and Ave, Bedford, for­ a report of a vehicl­e on fire.  HRP locat­ed an unoccupied Ford­ Escape that was full­y engulfed in flames.­  HRFES responded and­ extinguished the fir­e.  As part of the pr­eliminary investigati­on, it was determined­ that the vehicle had­ previously been repo­rted stolen to HRP fr­om an address in Bedf­ord on February 1st­.  The matter will be­ investigated by memb­ers of the Integrated­ Criminal Investigati­on Section
