HRP release:
Halifax Regional Police is investigating a homicide where remains were recovered yesterday.
On October 10, at approximately 9:40 a.m., officers responded to a well-being check at Quingate Place in Halifax. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased woman. The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service has ruled the death a homicide. The investigation is in the early stages and details are limited, but police do not believe this to be a random incident. Further information will follow when it becomes available
