Update
In relation to this robbery a 25 year old female was arrested without incident last night. She was taken into custody and will be appearing in Halifax Provincial Court on Tuesday facing charges of robbery with a firearm, pointing a firearm, break and enter and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

Halifax Regional Police were called to the 100-200 block of Rutledge Street in Bedford just before 1130pm. Upon arrival officers spoke to a woman who stated three people with firearms forced their way into her apartment and ransacked it. No one was injured in this incident and it is still currently being investigated by our Integrated General Investigative Section.
The investigation is currently in its early stages, when more information is known an update will be provided.
