Police investigate armed robbery, Lower Sackville, N.S.

Police are currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Disco Deli on Sackville Dr. this morning. At approximately 3:20 a.m., two white males approached the Disco Deli on Sackville Dr.

Police are currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Disco Deli on Sackville Dr. this morning.

At approximately 3:20 a.m., two white males approached the Disco Deli on Sackville Dr.

in Lower Sackville and knocked on the door. When the owner came to the door, the suspects pushed him and assaulted him with pepper spray. The suspects then stole an undisclosed quantity of cash and cigarettes from the store and fled the scene. The owner was transported to hospital by EHS with minor injuries.

Attempts to locate the two suspects, who are described as white males in their late teens or early twenties, were unsuccessful and the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division continues to investigate.
