(Updated) Police investigate Arson in Dartmouth






****** Arson update;

A 54 year old Dartmouth man is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial court today on Arson and Breach of Recognizance charges.


At approx. 7:40pm, September 27, Halifax Regional Police responded to a fire at Winners clothing store, 650 Portland St, Dartmouth.


An article of clothing was set on fire in the store. A Dartmouth man has been arrested for Arson, the investigation is in the initial stages.


Anyone who has information on this incident or the identity of the man is asked to call police at 902-490-5020.
