Police investigate hit and run involving car and business

Police are investigating a hit and run that occurred in Halifax this weekend.

On November 18, at approximately 2:45 a.m., officers responded to a motor vehicle collision in the area of the 1700 block of Barrington Street. A vehicle travelling on Barrington Street was struck by another vehicle, as it was going through the intersection at Prince Street. The hit vehicle struck a parked car and then collided with a business on Barrington Street. The driver of the run vehicle did not stop and proceeded West on Prince Street. There were no reported injuries.

The run vehicle is described as a dark colored SUV.
