At 8:15pm Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Home Invasion that had taken place in the area of the 5200 block of Kent St in Halifax.

Two males came to the victim’s door and he was subsequently assaulted by the males.

Numerous items were taken from the home.

Members of the Forensic Identification Section conducted an examination of the scene and the matter is currently being investigated by the General Investigation Section
