Police Investigate Indecent Act

Police are investigating an indecent act that took place Tuesday at Crystal Crescent Beach.
Just after 10:30 a.m. yesterday, police received a report that a man was seen masturbating at Crystal Crescent Beach on March 1, and that the same man had approached a woman walking her dog on Crystal Crescent Beach 10 days prior and after a brief conversation, told her he was going to masturbate.
The suspect is described as a white man in his late 30s, 5’11”, medium build with short dark hair who spoke with a British accent. He was wearing a black down jacket and light khaki pants.
Police are asking anyone with information about this incident or similar incidents to contact police at 902-490-5016.
