Police investigate man pulled from water

March 30, 2013, Halifax Regional Municipality(HRM) … RCMP are investigating after a man was pulled from the water in Eastern Passage.
At 8:23 a.m., Cole Harbour RCMP responded to a 911 call of a man in the water near the boardwalk on the Government Wharf Road.  Witnesses observed the man go into the water.  and one person was able to pull the man from the water after he went under.  HRM Fire and EHS paramedics responded to the scene.  A male, 50, was unresponsive and transported to the Dartmouth General Hospital where he passed away.
The matter is still under investigation. The death is not considered suspicious.
