Police Investigate Robbery – Halifax
At 8:52 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery that had just occurred at the Petro Canada gas station 7015 Bayers Road, Halifax. Staff reported a male entered the store threatening he had a weapon and demanded cigarettes and money. The suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cigarettes and money, in an unknown direction of travel. No one was injured, no weapons were observed. Patrol officers searched the area, but have not located the suspect. The suspect is described as:
Suspect – White male, 5’9”, thin build, clean shaven
Wearing: Black jacket, with dark grey hooded shirt, black pants and dark shoes.
