Police investigate robbery, Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), N.S.

RCMP Cole Harbour responded to an armed robbery at a residence on Montague Rd. Yesterday, at 5:30 p.m., a man was outside gardening when he was approached by two black males, requesting assistance because their vehicle had broken down.

Yesterday, at 5:30 p.m., a man was outside gardening when he was approached by two black males, requesting assistance because their vehicle had broken down.

One of the males pointed a firearm at the victim demanding items from him. The two males then took the victim’s cellphone and fled on foot. The victim did not sustain any injuries.

Suspects are described as:

1-Black male, 5’10, 190-200 lbs, wearing a reflective vest, yellow hard hat, black t-shirt and jeans
2-Black male, wearing a black mask, black hoodie and black track pants.

The matter has been turned over to the RCMP/HRP Integrated General Investigative Section (GIS) for investigation.
