Police Investigate Robbery with Firearms – Herring Cove Road, Halifax

Around 9:50 p.m. 25 November, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Robbery with Firearms at the Cove Market Convenience store, 565 Herring Cove Road, Halifax. Two white males wearing masks and armed with long guns, entered the business and an employee was injured during the robbery. The suspects fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The money taken is from a charity box. The victim did not require medical attention. Patrol officers and a Police Service Dog responded to the area and conducted a search of the area. However, officers were not able to locate the suspects. Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are currently investigating.
