Halifax Regional Police are currently investigating a suspicious incident that took place Friday morning in Halifax.

 

Shortly after 1:30 a.m., officers were called to the 500 block of Tower Road after a female resident reported a man masturbating outside her bedroom window. She turned the lights on and the man fled on foot. A search of the area with the help of a K-9 Unit failed to locate the suspect. The suspect is described as a white man, 5’10” tall, wearing a brown leather jacket and rust colored shirt.
