Halifax Regional Police is investigating an indecent act that occurred last evening in Dartmouth. At approximately 5:55 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, police received a report of a man exposing himself outside the window of an apartment on Maplehurst Drive. The suspect is described as a stocky white man who’s approximately 5’9” and was wearing dark clothing. Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call 902-490-5016. Around 3:00 p.m. Halifax Regional Police responded to a motor vehicle / pedestrian collision on Chain Lake Drive in Halifax. A 27 year old woman was transported to the QE2 hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle, a 40 year old man, has been charged under the Motor Vehicle Act for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
