Police Investigate Two Separate Shooting Incidents

Police are investigating two separate reports of shots fired in Halifax overnight.
 
At 2:40 a.m. police responded to the Greystone neighborhood after reports of shots fired. Officers were on scene quickly but did not locate a scene or any evidence of a shooting. At 8:15 a.m., police received another call from the 0-100 block of Cobalt Walk after residents awoke to find several bullet holes in their kitchen window. No one was injured.
 
At 5 a.m., police responded to the 3300 block of Federal Avenue after a report that someone shot at a house 40 minutes prior. Officers located a bullet hole on the outside of the residence and no one was injured.
 
Both of these incidents have been assigned to the General Investigation Section and it is not known at this time if they are related.
