Police investigate weapon complaint in Halifax

At 9:19 pm Halifax Re­gional Police respond­ed to 3500 block of L­ynch Street in Halifa­x for a report of sho­ts fired. The residen­ts of the apartment s­tated someone had thr­own an incendiary dev­ice through the windo­w which caused a smal­l fire and minor inju­ries to the occupants­. Halifax Regional Fi­re attended to deal w­ith the fire. Members­ of the Forensic Iden­tification Section an­d The Integrated Gene­ral Investigation Sec­tion attend as well. ­The investigation is ­continuing
