Police Investigate Weapons Complaint – Halifax

On September 11, 2018 at approx. 5:55 pm Halifax Regional Police responded to the 200 Block of Main Ave, Halifax , for a complaint of a male who was sprayed with a sensory irritant by another male.

Witnesses at the scene advised the suspect male may of also had a firearm. Suspect fled the scene in a white car.

Through preliminary investigation, police checked a residence in the 0-100 block of Rosedale Ave, Halifax, for the suspect, he was not located there. The investigation is in the initial stages.

Members of Patrol and the General Investigation Section are continuing the investigation.
