Halifax Regional Police are investigating an assault that occurred yesterday in Halifax.
Officers received a report of an assault that had occurred in a wooded area near the 200 block of Thomas Raddall Drive. Between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., a youth was assaulted by a group of youths. A separate group of youths later discovered the victim and brought them to a nearby school. The victim was taken to hospital for treatment of serious but not life-threatening injuries.
