Police looking for assistance in identifying theft suspect

Police are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a theft that occurred last month Dartmouth.

On April 18, police received a report of a theft that had occurred the previous day at approximately 2 p.m., at the Nova Scotia Community College located at 21 Woodlawn Road in Dartmouth. An unknown man broke into students’ lockers and stole property. The man then exited the school and left the area in a vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 40’s wearing a beige ball hat, brown bomber style coat, white striped shirt, dark pants and brown shoes. The suspect left in a 2007-2010 gray Hyundai Santa Fe with grey alloy rims.
