Police looking for bank robbery suspect

Halifax Regional Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a man involved in a robbery this morning in Halifax.
At 11:05 a.m., police responded to the CIBC located at 1809 Barrington Street and learned that the man in the attached picture entered the bank, demanded cash and fled with an undisclosed amount of money. At this time, investigators are exploring the possibility that the suspect may have fled to the Sackville area. The suspect is described as a black man with a light complexion, 6’, wearing glasses, a beige sweater with white and red crowns on the front, blue jeans and a black baseball cap with a white logo.
