An eighteen year old female reports two suspicious incidents involving the same male. The first incident occurred approximately 3 weeks ago. The female was walking in the area of Coburg Rd and Oxford St when she noticed a male walking right behind her. This male then began to speak to her and make comments about her attire. This made her uncomfortable and she quickly walked away from him. She did not report this incident to police. The second incident occurred on February 3, 2011 at approximately 5:50 pm. The female was agin walking in the area of Coburg Rd and Oxford St when she noticed the same male walking behind her. The male started to speak to her again, asked if he could touch her and began to stroke her hair. The female yelled for him to stop and quickly fled the area and contacted police. The male was not located.
