Police looking to identify suspect in indecent act

Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man in relation to an indecent act that occurred in Halifax.

On March 18, at approximately 8:30 p.m. police responded to Saint Mary’s University after a man exposed himself to a woman. The man engaged the woman in conversation then exposed himself to her, there was no physical contact. While police were speaking with the woman, another woman came forward stating she experienced a similar sequence of events on March 1, there was no exposure in that incident.

The description of the man is limited but the same for both incidents.The suspect is described as a man, approximately 27-years-old, with crooked teeth. At the time of last night’s incident the was wearing a dark coloured hoodie.
