Police now say missing man goes by two names

RCMP continue to investigate Barry Albert’s disappearance, which was reported on August 28, 2022.

On August 28, 2022, Lunenburg District RCMP received a report that Barry Albert was missing, and was last seen on August 21, 2022 in Bridgewater.  

As the investigation has progressed, RCMP officers have learned the following:

·         Barry Albert is also known as Barry Mosher, and answers to both names;

·         Barry has lost weight;

·         The last confirmed sighting of him was on Ron St. in Bridgewater on August 21, 2022

·         There have been unconfirmed reports of sighting of Barry in Wilevillle on August 21 as well.

Albert (Mosher) is now described as 5-foot-9, 150lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes. No clothing description is available though often wearing blue jeans, a dark t-shirt and a ball cap.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.

The family has requested privacy in this difficult time.
