Police respond to a robbery incident involving weapons – Dartmouth

At 11:53 pm last night , September 28th, 2018 east division patrol members responded to an apartment building in the 0-100 block of Pincrest Drive in Dartmouth to a report of a male being assaulted.

Members located a 38 year old male victim who sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident. The victim had been assaulted with a imitation firearm and stun gun which were later recovered. His wallet and jewellery were stolen. The victim was treated at the scene by EHS and released.

5 suspects, 2 males and 3 females were immediately arrested and facing robbery and numerous weapons related charges. The accused will have bail hearings later today.

A search warrant was also executed at a residence associated to the accused and additional evidence seized.
