Police respond to an Attempted Robbery

At 7:25 pm. Central patrol members responded to the Money Mart at 3045 Robie Steet to a report of a robbery.  
A white male entered the store acting aggressively and demanded money from the employee.  The suspect placed his finger under his shirt in an attempt to simulate a firearm threatening to shoot and bear mace the employee.  The suspect is further described as 18-20 years of age wearing a red shirt, red ball cap, large sunglasses, a cigarette in his mouth with lots of facial acne.  He left the business empty handed.  The employee remained behind the glass barrier and was uninjured.  The suspect changed into a white shirt after leaving the business and was last seen running east bound along Russell Street.
