Police Respond to Late Night Call of Shots Fired

At 1:26 am, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Cook Ave and Romans Ave. Shots were heard by several residents in the area. A man was seen standing on the sidewalk and he fired four shots in the direction of a house.  

The man left the area in a dark colored car. He was wearing a light colored hoodie, 5’8 tall and weighing 170 pounds. No one was injured during this incident.

This matter is still under investigation and anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police at 902-490-5016.
