Police Respond To Robbery Call, Meet Masked Men At Door

At 11:00 pm Sunday, east members responded to the 0-100 block of Victoria road to a report of a male outside of a vehicle carrying a hand gun.  Minutes later members responded to an open air 911 call from an apartment in the same area that sounded like a robbery in progress.
When members approached the apartment door they were met by two masked men attempting to exit.  One of the masked men was carrying a handgun.  The apartment was quickly secured by additional responding members and a loaded hand gun located.  Police arrested 3 adult males and 1 youth without incident.  A 16, 18,19 and 24 year old male will be appearing in provincial court later today facing numerous weapons related charges, robbery and assault.  Additional charges may follow.  The apartment was occupied by 3 adult males and 1 adult female. Police believe the two reported incidents were related.  A vehicle was also seized believed to be associated to the first call.  There were no reported injuries to the 4 occupants of the apartment, suspects or police.  Members of the Integrated General Investigative Unit are currently interviewing people and furthering the investigation.
