Halifax Regional Police were onscene in the area of the 0-100 block of Primrose Street in relation to a weapons complaint this evening.
Areas of Primrose Street were closed off by police momentarily to limit vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the area for safety purposes.
Officers searched a residence in the area and did not locate anyone. Officers are continuing to investigate the complaint and will provide a further update if more information becomes available.
