Police responded to a three vehicle collision in Halifax

Police responded to a three vehicle collision on the Northwest Arm Drive in Halifax this morning.

At approximately 11:30 a.m., police responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision on the North-West Arm Drive near the intersection of Cowie Hill Road in Halifax. All three vehicles involved were headed northbound on Northwest Arm Drive.

The male driver and female passenger of the middle vehicle were taken to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

The northbound lanes of Northwest Arm Drive between Cowie Hill and Old Sambro Road have been closed temporarily to traffic. Members of the Accident Investigation Division are onscene and are in the early stages of the investigation. It is unknown at this time if there will be charges in relation to the collision.
