While conducting speed enforcement in the 1700 block of the Bedford Highway at 1:00am a West Division member noted a black Honda Civic travelling at a high rate of speed. The member activated their emergency equipment and attempted to stop the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle refused to stop and was driving in a manner on Dartmouth Road which was dangerous to the public, and the officer terminated the pursuit. Officers are continuing the investigation and will release more information when it becomes available.
