Halifax Regional Police is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man in connection with a parole warrant.
Forty-two year old Joseph Jacko Obed was staying at a halfway house in Halifax.
On January 18, he signed out of the halfway house and failed to return, resulting in a parole warrant being issued for his arrest.
Despite ongoing efforts, officers with the HRP/RCMP High-Risk Enforcement Action Team have not been able to locate him.
Obed is considered a high risk to re-offend.
