Police urge motorists to exercise caution

Police urge motorists to exercise caution HRM Partners in Policing are asking motorists to pay extra attention when driving throughout HRM.

Children finish their last day of school today and will be busy enjoying their summer vacation. This means more cyclists and pedestrians will be out and about as well as increased activity around playgrounds, parks and sports fields. Motorists are asked to be mindful of people crossing the road in either marked or unmarked crosswalks, and to be aware of kids playing near roadways as they may inadvertently run into the road.

Please help make this a safe and enjoyable summer.
