Just before 10 a.m., a red Honda civic approached a 15-year-old boy who was waiting for a bus on Franklyn Street in Dartmouth. The two occupants of the vehicle asked the boy to get in. When the boy declined, the male driver asked him if he goes to school in the area and offered to give him a drive. The boy declined and the vehicle sped off down Franklyn Street towards Irving Street and turned left towards Pleasant Street.
The driver is described as an older white man in his mid-50’s, with gray hair and the beginnings of a beard. The passenger is described as a white woman in her mid-30’s, with blondish hair, a wrinkly forehead and red marks around her eyes. The Honda civic is described as an older model, four-door, that was very dirty.
Police would like to speak to this man and woman to ascertain their intentions. Officers are asking the man or woman or anyone who has any information about this incident to contact police by calling 902-490-5016.
