Premier Stephen McNeil offered his congratulations today, Oct. 13, to the five outstanding Nova Scotians who will be invested into the Order of Nova Scotia.
“On behalf of all Nova Scotians, I congratulate these five accomplished Nova Scotians on their investiture into the Order of Nova Scotia,” said Premier McNeil. “This is the highest honour awarded in our province. And it is reflective of these individuals’ commitment and contributions to our great province.”
The 2017 Order of Nova Scotia recipients are: Bradford Barton, Geraldine Marjorie Browning, R. Irene d’Entremont, Raymond Edmund Ivany and Peter J. M. Nicholson.

The recipients will be recognized at the 16th investiture ceremony on Nov. 7 at Province House.
