Premier-Designate Stephen McNeil will name his Executive Council during a private ceremony at the King’s Theatre, Annapolis Royal, on Tuesday, Oct. 22.

A public reception will follow at the Port Royal Legion, Branch 21, Victoria Street, at noon.

A reception will also be held later in the day at Province House, 1726 Hollis St., Halifax. Because of fire regulations, the event is by invitation only.

“I look forward to working hard for the people of the province, and am excited about the opportunities ahead,” said Premier-Designate McNeil.

The premier-designate and other designated members of the Executive Council will be sworn in by Lt.-Gov. J. J. Grant.
