“Like people around the world, Nova Scotians from all walks of life are mourning the death and celebrating the life of Nelson Mandela today,” said Mr.

McNeil. “Many have been touched by his exemplary life and his positive message and I encourage them to express their memories and inspirations in the days to come.”

Nova Scotians can leave a message on the book of condolence at www.commemoration.gc.ca.
