Preston Community Consultation Session Rescheduled, Preston, N.S.

Halifax RCMP would like to advise that the Preston Community Consultation session has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 3rd at the East Preston Recreation Centre, 24 Brooks Drive.

The session will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Halifax RCMP, with assistance from the Halifax Regional Board of Police Commissioners, have been hosting community consultation sessions throughout Halifax Regional Municipality this past month. The Preston session was one of two that had to be rescheduled. The purpose of the session is to give citizens, local councilors and government representatives the opportunity to discuss various community topics in an effort to help the RCMP in Halifax determine its policing priorities for 2014/2015.
