Preston RCMP Stetsons and Spurs looking for new youth recruits

The Preston RCMP Stetson and Spurs Youth Program is now recruiting new members in grades 7-12.

Do you live in North Preston, East Preston, Cherry Brook or Lake Loon? Are you interested in policing? If so, Preston RCMP Stetsons and Spurs may be for you!

The Stetsons and Spurs meet every two weeks to learn about different parts of policing through guest speakers, hands-on activities and field trips. The group also participates in community events alongside the RCMP. This gives Stetsons and Spurs members the opportunity to represent and give back to their community in a positive way.

If you are interested in joining our group or learning more about it, please come to one of our two upcoming information sessions. Parents and guardians are also welcome and encouraged to attend. If you think someone you know may be interested, please pass this posting along to them as well.

Note: Past members must attend one of the sessions to confirm they are returning this year and to pick up a registration package.
