Proposal: 169 Wyse Rd, Dartmouth. 10-storey mixed use building.

A new proposal has been submitted by WSP Group to build a 10-storey mixed use building at 169 Wyse Rd. in Dartmouth. This building would be at the corner of Wyse Rd.

and Pelzant St. and would extend to George St. The proposal includes 2700 square feet of ground level commercial space, 8 townhouse units and 82 apartment units. There will be 3 levels of underground parking with a total of 67 spaces and the entrance would be on Pelzant St.

The application is currently being considered under the development agreement process and a public information meeting will be scheduled in the near future.
