Proposal: Brenton Place, 17 storey mixed-use building.
Here is a new proposal from W.M. Fares for a 17 storey mixed-use building at the corner of Brenton Street and Brenton Place. The proposal calls for 170 residential units made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms layouts. There will be over 15,000 sq/ft of commercial space on the ground level and 92 underground parking spots.
W.M. Fares just submitted the Site Plan Approval Pre-Application so this is in the very early stages of the development agreement process. This will likely face resistance as it is in the Schmidtville Heritage Conservation District. Below is a street view of the current site.
