Proposal: Cunard and Robie St, 13 storey mixed-use development. #Halifax
WM Fares Architects have submitted a proposal for a 13-floor mixed-use development at the corner of Cunard and Robie St in Halifax. If approved, this development would have 100 units with a potential density of 213 people.
There will also be over 9000 sq/ft of retail space on the ground floor, and 92 underground parking spots. Currently, the site is home to Tony Variety corner store and other small detached homes.
