W.M Fares group has submitted a proposal to build a 6 storey residential building and a mixed-use plaza for commercial or office space at the corner of Portland Street and Portland Hills Drive.
The current MPS policy and Land Use By-law regulations do not allow a development of this type so the proposal also includes an application to amend this. The residential building will have 92 units and exterior parking. This proposal is currently being reviewed by staff and the next step will be a public information meeting which has not yet been scheduled.
