Proposal: Queen’s Marque, Lower Water St. #Halifax                                           

Here are new renderings released today of the proposed Queen’s Marque development on the Halifax Waterfront. This $200 million dollar proposal was put forward by Waterfront Development, and the Armour Group Ltd. It will be a mixed-use development with residential, commercial and public space. Full details of the proposal are not available yet but I will post an update when they are.
