Proposal: Spring Garden West, (Corner of Robie and SGR) #Halifax                    

Here is a recent proposal from Dexel Developments for the corner of Robie St and Spring Garden Rd. Dexel has been holding public engagement sessions over the past few months to collect feedback from local residents and they continue to update their proposal as they move through the steps. At this point, the proposal calls for two towers on a shared podium, with the tallest tower reaching 28 floors. This will be a mixed used development with commercial space on the ground floor and residential units above. 

The final public engagement session is tonight, May 31st, from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Halifax Central Library. If you are interested in this development and want to submit your feedback, you are encouraged to attend the event this evening.
