Province-Wide Arrest Warrant: Paul Allan Kellock

Truro Police Service has charged Paul Allan Kellock, 30 years old, from Millbrook First Nation. Kellock has been charged with attempted murder, possession of a stolen vehicle, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and failing to remain at the scene of an accident.

The charges are related to an incident that took place at approximately 6:00 pm on November 2, 2023. Truro Police Service responded to a report of a car striking a pedestrian at the intersection of McClures Mills Rd and Abenaki Rd in Truro. When officers arrived on the scene, it was determined that this incident was intentional, and the driver of the vehicle purposely struck the male victim and fled the scene.

Through investigation, Truro Police also determined a separate incident had occurred on November 1, 2023, which resulted in an additional charge of assault with a weapon and theft of a motor vehicle.

A province-wide arrest warrant has been issued for Paul Allan Kellock on the above charges. Anyone with information on Kellock’s location is asked to contact their local Police force or Crimestoppers.

The investigation is ongoing. No other information is being provided at this time.
