Provincial government offices in Cumberland, Colchester, Pictou, Antigonish, Hants, Kings, Annapolis, and Digby counties will delay opening until noon, today, Feb. 3, due to a winter storm.

Offices in Lunenburg, Shelburne, Queens, Yarmouth, Guysborough, Halifax County and Halifax Metro will delay opening until 10 a.m.

Provincial government offices in Cape Breton will remain open.
