Provincial government offices will delay opening until 10 a.m., today, Feb. 9, in Annapolis, Digby, Kings, Lunenburg, Queens, Shelburne, Yarmouth, Cumberland, Colchester, Antigonish, Guysborough, Pictou, Hants and Halifax counties, including Metro Halifax.

Offices in all of Cape Breton will delay opening until noon.
