Provincial government offices in Richmond, Victoria and Inverness counties in Cape Breton will reopen today, Nov. 29, at 10 a.m. Offices in Cumberland, Pictou and Antigonish counties will delay opening until noon due to weather and road conditions.

Provincial government offices in all other areas of the province are open as usual.
